Importance of Genuine Progress Indicators

During my attendence of the 17th International Conference on Cultural Economics I became convinced that we need to start using Genuine Progress Indicators (GPIs) and measure true sustainable progress, especially in the development of wellbeing for all our people in our society.  The increasing gap between rich and poor is not a sustainable development goal, we need to find ways to generate income and provide true prosperity for all in society and prosperity included well-being and comfort.
