Cultural Economics

Increasingly culture is being examined and  in relation to the economic value of culture.     This is fascinating and Arts Access international has been part of the discussions.      In 2006 we wrote the book  ” Cultural Well-being and Cultural Capital”  and we have also been involved in social planning associated with the use of Cultural Capital.  In June 2012 Penny Eames, one of our Directors, gave a paper at the 17th International Conference on Cultural Economics in Kyoto Japan.  That paper will give examples of ways to measure Cultural Capital.

That Paper is available for download  Paper Measuring Cultural Capital
